Dialogue’s Field Marketing Division is now hiring engaging, dynamic and responsible Field Marketing Representatives (FMRs) for an in-store demonstration program that will execute Fridays thru Mondays from May 30th – August 31st.


The ideal person will carry out the following general responsibilities to create an exciting, fun and safe consumer experience:

Safely grill our Client’s food product(s) in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
Effectively engage store shoppers and demonstrate food product(s).
Concisely communicate key product messaging.
Reliably transport, set-up and break-down cooking equipment and demonstration collateral.
Dependably maintain all execution essentials and Agency assets.
Accurately track demonstration results and submit post-event reports upon completion of every event.

Core Qualifications:

Experience with execution of in-store/retail demonstration programs – candidates with food sampling experience are strongly preferred. 
Availability to consistently work weekend-days – candidates that can additionally commit to Friday and/or Monday shifts are preferred.
Willingness to obtain requisite Food Safety Certification – candidates that are in possession of valid Food Safety Certification are preferred.
Must be willing to work with red meat.
Must be able to electronically submit web-based report(s) daily.
Must have (preferrably daily) access to email, MS Word & MS Excel as well as Internet Explorer on an IBM compatible pc.
Must have reliable transportation.

Pay Rate:
$13 - $16 /hr based upon experience and location
