SPRING/SUMMER CHARITY FASHION SHOW

Charity Fashion is scheduled for Spring/Summer 2009 in Memphis, TN.
The American Cancer Society and Domestic Violence are confirmed involved charities. We are working to include St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as the local charity. There is a possibly that there may be a 4th charity depending on the venue.

I would like to thank EVERYONE for their outpouring offers of support and help-- this is a lot to undertake. I've been working on the logistics of this and am closer to getting things set in stone but I do need help from you or someone you may know. Date will be June 20th, June 27th is a backup date. I need sponsors, volunteers, choreagraphers, printing company, pr/adverstising/marketing, stylists, photographers, entertainment, media coverage and more. Whatever help you can lend, I will graciously accept. I am undertaking a lot but the Cancer Society is very dear to my heart. I have lost 7 members of my family to cancer-- prostate, lung, cervical, stomach & colon. There are 2 breast cancer surviors in the family as well. All with the exception of one are grandparents, aunts and uncles. I almost had my own dealings with Domestic Violence. In addition to the many ways I already give back, I want to add this to the list.

A formal Model Call will be scheduled by April-- at that time rehearsals, meetings and fittings well be discussed. If you haven't emailed your resume and photos to h2tmodels@gmail.com, please do so.  We will need as many as 60 runway and promotional models for the event.

Spring Charity Fashion is scheduled for Spring 2009 in Memphis. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity. In kind donations of wigs, scarves, hats and gas cards will also be accepted and given to the charity. This show will be in either March, April, or May and models need to be secured by Feb 1st.  I will provide the exact date as soon as it is secured.  I want to make sure I am not scheduling this event on a weekend that would cause it to conflict with a similar event on the same date.

I am accepting submissions now for individual interested. In order to participate in the show, you must make yourself available for rehearsals, meetings and any fittings. We will try to accommodate your schedules and limit the number of meetings. Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, and Nail Technician will be provided for the show. Models participating in the show will receive their images and a complimentary profile in the showbook as compensation. You will have the option to include your personal and/or Agency info in this ad.

A formal Model Call will be scheduled for this event as soon as the date and location is secured. I am trying to accomodate the schedules of the models and the team that will be helping me to select the models. I will be needing 25 models or more for this event.

MUA's, Hair Stylist, Wardrobe Stylist, Photographer, Clothing Designers, Body Painters and others willing to lend a hand are encouraged to email me their informarion.  Anyone interested in helping or sponsoring, please contact me.  The Charity selected is very dear to my heart and this must be a complete success.
