To Book A Shoot (DSM)
I will not hold a slot for you without a receiving a Booking Request Form.
To book a shoot with DSM, please visit and review the Booking Information page from the DSM dropdown menu at SMP BEFORE submitting your Booking Request Form.
Next, visit the Files page and download the appropriate form or document for your attachments, submissions, completed booking request and other forms, documents and other content, and upload the completed documentation when sending an email through our Contact page (linked above).
Submit Using Microsoft Word
Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Word and enable editing. Fill out the form using the input fields and change the file name to add _YourName to the file name when saving.
Submit using Chrome's PDF Viewer:
Enable the Chrome PDF viewer plugin. Open the form in Crome. DO NOT save the form from the toolbar, as this will save the blank PDF. Instead, select the Print option and save as PDF. Again, please include _YourName in the file name when saving. Uploaded this saved file.
Also, I require a confirmation call the day before the shoot, confirming that we are still shooting at said date and time. No confirmation call, I will not show.
This ensures to ME that you are SERIOUS, and my time will not be wasted.

THEN THE MODEL SPEAKS
Thank you for stopping by. My name is Tiffany.
I've been modeling for almost 8 years now off and on, since mid-December of 2006. To my knowledge I've never had a bad review. Please feel free to contact any or all of the people listed in my Worked With section under credits.
For the first three years I built my portfolio, as all models do, on a large quantity of trade work - but unlike all models, there were times that I shot twelve to fourteen hours straight to build a career from this from the ground up. From the first shoot, this was my passion, but for me it was also more. I wanted more for it and from it, and I wanted to create what had not been created, do what had not been done, and without limitations.
Photographers have often commented that I am definitely different than anyone they've ever worked with, and a blast to be around. I can't count the number of times I've heard "I've never met anyone like you in my life, and I mean that in the best of ways," -- both in my personal and professional life. I am energetic, creative, driven, professional, and reliable.
My shooting style varies widely, and I have no problem pushing myself to the limits or coming up with varying concepts for shoots.
I am the model that will scale building walls - without a net, in heels and lingerie in broad daylight in the middle of a city park.
I've lain on frozen rivers in 7 degree weather nude.
I've inserted myself into bars to pose on Baby Grand pianos, in public, while the band was playing (with permission of course), to get a great shot. No, the band did not know ahead of time, no we did not know each other, and yes I did climb the stage to brazenly request that they let a strange woman climb onto their piano and be photographed if it did not interfere with their show. They did in fact allow me onto the stage, and onto the piano, and allowed the photos WHILE they were playing, until the rest of the patrons decided that they would find out if they could come up too. This, obviously, ended the shoot.
I do my best work outside of the studio. Not to say I can't do studio work, I just prefer a more adventurous, spontaneous shooting style. My limitations are within YOUR head, excluding illegal or extremely inappropriate content.
In the words of Ani Di Franco, "I am not a pretty girl."
I don't like boxes. I'm here to create something. I'm not afraid of doing the unusual and I'm not afraid to risk it. If you come home and don't burn you didn't set a fire! (I am also in fact working on finding out how to get a DSM Release of Liability Contract drafted so that I can stop hearing no all the time. There are places in Europe in which I could in fact scale a cathedral nude to pose with a sculpture, though oh we the American Free are granted no such eccentrics.)
I am, however, at times allowed to attempt some of my concepts, as seen in my No Hunting No Tresspassing album.
This is why I fell in love with this, this is why I stayed, and why I do it still. With that being said, as much as it is my passion, for me, it is also still business, and as such, there are things that need to be gotten out of the way.
This for me is not a hobby. It is, in fact, my job and for me, my business. Though business can be fun, at the end of the day it's still business. Please do not book me and then back out without a legitimate reason. My time is in fact valuable.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT MY AVAILABILITY IS VERY LIMITED. IF I AM IN YOUR AREA YOU WILL KNOW ABOUT IT, BUT BOOKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND PAID WORK TAKES PRIORITY. THIS GOES FOR EXPERIENCED PHOTOGRAPHERS AS WELL, AS THOUGH YOU MAY BE GREAT, SO ARE MANY OF THE CLIENTS IN MY INBOX.
WITH ALMOST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, I AM BY NO MEANS AN AMATEUR. PLEASE DON'T ATTEMPT TO TREAT ME LIKE ONE.
I don't always bring escort, but I prefer to keep that at my discretion.
Selling Rights SUSPENDED
I plan to put store on the web site. Some of my photographers have agreed to allow me to sell PRINTS this way, with a contract giving them a commission of profits. The idea is the button for this will read, "Buy Print" only, meaning it does not actually sell the photo rights. On some of these buy print buttons, if the photographer himself sells the prints, then it would redirect the buyer to a page of the photographers contact information, or, if there is one, the link of where the photographer is selling the print. For example there is a print being sold on Fine Art America online. So for that photo it would redirect to that web page.
I could also set up the store so that there is a "buy permissions from photographer" button or something like that, not sure how it would be worded, so that if it is clicked, the client is directed to the photographer's contact information so that if someone wants to buy the photo to use for a project then the photographer and client can work out those arrangements.
The way I see it, the more exposure the pictures have, the more might sell, as well as the exposure of seeing you credited and if a client is interested, I will forward your information to them if they would like to hire you for a project.
I do understand that when a model signs a release she is signing over copyright to the photographer. I have had a few photographers agree to shared copyright. If you are willing to do this please let me know. Again, more exposure equals more income.
Paid Work Preferred
Working for free is an Oxymoron
TF work is on a VERY LIMITED BASIS only.
Compensation is determined by content, and sometimes negotiable.
I will not work with you for a financial loss.
I do not charge a booking fee. I don't expect you to pay me for the TIME spent to travel, though I may require travel expense for the cost of my travel if my financial situation cannot provide for it. I do not charge for time spent changing looks. My rates apply ONLY to time spent in front of the camera.
I am available for travel as long as my schedule permits, within the continental US. I DO NOT TRAVEL FOR UNPAID WORK! PERIOD!
18+ WORK AND THE USAGE RIGHTS THEREOF ARE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
I do not do bondage, erotica, exotica or implied adult without escort. Please see my LIST for examples of what I consider these genres to be. NO GWC ADULT WORK! NO PORNOGRAPHY, SOFT OR HARD. AGAIN, SEE LIST FOR A BETTER GRASP OF MY INTERPRETATION.
What I Expect Out of You and What You Can Expect From Me.
I expect photographers to act professionally at all times. I expect what is agreed upon to be delivered in a timely fashion. On all shoots I expect images back that are EDITED, RETOUCHED AND/OR PHOTOSHOPPED As NEEDED, AKA REAL PRO PICS NOT KID WITH EXPENSIVE CAMERA PICS, OR permission to have them done. Raw images are not suitable for portfolio usage.
I expect releases to include all specifics of what is AGREED upon, and I expect BOTH of us to have completed, signed copies of all contracts and releases. All releases and contracts should include who owns copyright, what the pictured can and can not be used for, both the model and photographer's rights, compensation, both present and future, liability measures, reproduction and use release agreements, and free will and consent.
I promise to be reasonable, but if we are going to do business together, we will do so with equal respect for each other. I will not sign a release unless I am compensated in a fair and reasonable way and I agree with it in full. Specifics in this regard are negotiable.
If you are a Professional Photographer then this is in fact your business as well. That is after all, the definition of Professional and what allows you the title of it. I expect that when we make a deal to do business together, you keep your contracts, as I have kept mine for 8 years. When you flake, it impacts my business and that of my other clients. IF YOU ARE A PHOTOGRAPHER WHO BACKS OUT, CANCELS SHOOTS, CONSIDERS THIS SOMETHING FUN TO DO ON THE SIDE AND DOES NOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME MAKING BAD BUSINESS DECISIONS.
Please understand that these stipulations are not meant to be offensive. However, I will not be taken advantage of and I would like things to remain respectful, fair, and professional.
IF I CAN NOT CURRENTLY GET TO YOUR AREA OR FIT YOU INTO MY SCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE ROSTER TO SCHEDULE FOR A LATER DATE. IF YOU ARE ON MY ROSTER THIS IS A GUARANTEE THAT IF I CAN GET TO YOU, I WILL SHOOT WITH YOU. I DO NOT BACK OUT OF MY AGREEMENTS.
WHEN SCHEDULING OUT OF STATE SHOOTS, SHOOTS MUST BE FINALIZED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO PLAY ENDLESS PHONE TAG.
SCHEDULE TO DATE AND BOOKING FOR SECTIONS CHANGE OFTEN, SO CHECK BACK.
