About Me

Neil D'Monte (b. June 30) is an American artist, SAG/AFTRA film actor and musician born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. A graduate of the USC School of Fine Arts, he began his career as a comic book and storyboard artist, which segued into a successful acting career. Neil made his feature film debut in 2003 with Vampires Anonymous, followed by the box office blockbuster Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest in 2006. Currently, he can be seen as “The Pianist” in the spaghetti western/samurai epic Bunraku alongside Josh Hartnett, Demi Moore and Woody Harrelson. His theatrical training at Chicago’s prestigious Goodman Theatre allowed him to develop his skill at portraying offbeat and eccentric characters, for which he is quickly gaining notoriety among his peers in the film industry. In addition to his work as an actor and a sought after artist, he is also touring/recording as a drummer with guitarist Peter DiStefano (Porno for Pyros/Lance Herbstrong/Satellite Party) and is now taking on co-writing and directing as his next set of challenges.

Neil's latest thriller TBK: The Toolbox Murders 2 showcases his range as a chameleonic actor while his next artistic ventures, Batman V Superman and the Elijah Wood produced horror-comedy The Greasy Strangler, are currently in theaters with a nationwide release.  He is currently working on artwork for the upcoming films Burden (produced by Dallas Buyers Club's Robbie Brenner) and Blumhouse Productions' Stephanie with Academy Award Winner Akiva Goldsman. In addition to his schedule, Neil is also on location in Atlanta filming the action-thriller Den of Thieves (2017) with Gerard Butler and 50 Cent.

The busy multi-hyphenate is also a humanitarian who donates his spare time helping terminally-ill children with BrittiCares and CHLA as well as animal rights organization Defending The Endangered, an anti-poaching movement started by actress/singer and fashion model Jon Marie Mack. (  Neil is also an honorary board member of the non-profit Wisdom by Nature Academy.

Neil is represented by The Stevens Group and managed by Michael D. John.

***A Personal Note***

I took a break from modeling in the last few years to solidify myself as a film actor and director.  With these now in check, I have gotten back into shape and have been booking shoots as my schedule permits.  It is a lot of fun being behind the camera but I also enjoy work in front of the camera as well. I have been told I am mix between Keanu Reeves, Criss Angel and Billy Wirth from The Lost Boys.

I work primarily on paid assignments, but will consider TFP if it is something that can be of interest and one that can be beneficial to both myself and you, the photographer.  I would like to have a more concrete modeling portfolio and I am interested in Dark, Heavy Metal-ish/Rock & Roll, Gothic, Horror/Supernatural/Vampiric themes - something edgy and maybe even a little daring would be a nice challenge!

I am Portuguese, Irish, French, Italian and Greek in heritage.

You will notice I have a nude and semi-nude shot in my portfolio.  I don't usually do nudes unless it is something creative.  It would be based on what you can bring to my portfolio.  PM me so we can talk about it.
