About me:
Fara Joly was born in Port-au-Prince, capital of Haiti, a small country in the Caribbean. She is the only child in her family, whom her mom passed away when she was 18. Her dad still lives in Haiti, but she had migrated to the US since 2001 in search of the American dream. Her mom’s death became her aspiration to succeed in whatever she sets to do. As she arrived in the US in 2001, she met a recruiter in Pen Station in Manhattan who instantly saw potential in her to become a successful young model. She was offered an opportunity to work with Wilhemlina, one of the top model agencies in the world. Being a new comer to a foreign land, and not being familiar with the fashion world, she chose to continue with her education in order to obtain her High School diploma, which she successfully completed in 2003. Since then, she has given more thoughts in to becoming a model. She has been working on keeping in shape, taking Yoga classes, attending Barbizon Modeling School in order to better herself. Her unconventional beauty is a natural gift, which she’s in the process of exploiting. Her allure seems to capture every one she encounters, especially those in the Fashion world who always encourage her to pursue a modeling career. She has just completed her first professional photo shoot in New York, by one of the top photographer in the Nation, Alex Dumas, who will feature her on a book he’s writing. She has been getting a lot of positive feedbacks on her latest photo/shoot. She’s schedule to do her second major shoot in Miami in the coming weeks for a magazine. Fara, is 5”10’, weigh 119 lbs, her real beauty lay in her eyes; she is proud of her immortal beauty and does not hesitate to show it.
