Crossing my fingers this pans out. I am still interested in this shoot. I have been there before...creapy place. I would love to go do a personal shoot there this time! We will have a final cost posted next week; right now I am estimating around $35 per person. This will include entry and food and drink. Date wise I am aiming for May or June at the earliest. There is probably no heat or AC so I think the weather will be nice then and we would not need either. When we post final details there will be a web link with everything on it. Any changes or updates will be made there and then we will use the thread to notify you of changes made on the web site. We have done this before and it works out great as long as everyone reads through the web site. William is great at posting an address link so you can all find your way to the event. I am also going to do some hotel scouting to find the cheapest rooms info also. This one is very important: Everyone will be paying in advance and placed on a list. As one of ESPâs guidelines they want a master list of all attendees before the event date. Also paying in advance is to cover the rental fee, William and I can not cover rental cost out of pocket. So if you have friendâs coming with you who would like to be models or photographers they must contact us also or you provide names of all in the group. There will be security posted at the front gate and everyone will have to sing in and be tagged in someway. If your name is not on he list we can not allow you in. This is a quick note that is the basic idea of what will be to come. Final details will be coming as soon as I hammer them out with ESP.
