Also something I do when i want my nipples hard is move into an implied pose and from me moving my arm across will make my nipples hard and that way it doesn't look intentional or weird.

Canned air is usually liquid butane. It's the same thing used to freeze off warts! If your can of canned air happens to splatter any of the liquid on you, it will hurt!

If you do go the canned air route... don't hold the can upside-down when you spray, whatever you do. A new, full can of "dust remover" or canned air can splatter some butane even when held perfectly upright or tilted only slightly.

That's what I mean - don't do it ever. Like you said, you run the risk of spraying butane in any case, but even a sideways tilt will result in air cold enough to kill a camera lens, as a friend of mine found out. Not the kind of thing you'd want to expose a nipple to.

Something cold against the back of your neck works well and doesn't require the touching that might make anyone in the creative crew uncomfortable (though, I'd have to say that anyone who isn't desensitized to seeing that on set is just... well, I don't know).
