Your eyes look lazy in this photo. Not flattering. Also, your face should be lit up. If you had been facing the opposite way, towards your main light, the problem would have been fixed.

The models hands, though I understand they are cold, look aweful. The deep blood red is not good. The model's pose needs to make the shot. The ice poses better than her here.
