I would love peoples thoughts on my work.
What do I do well, what should I do better?
Any suggestions to improve my work?

Thanks in advance smile

First learn the program then check these out.

buy Natalia's Dvd and Kruno's also (you will find your own way eventually but these are excellent starts) and you should be set. Then learn what the industry you are trying to get into wants (locations matter because from my humble understanding you wouldn't retouch an image in a Japanese mag the same way you would in an American one the degree of the retouch, not the tools) that will take you further down the road you are trying to go.

Also, keep in mind that I know some successful professional retouchers that don't know the program that well but they can retouch and have made big careers out of it.

I do agree with Koray,

Keep practicing, go through thousand of tutorials and videos and then practice more!!

Also I would recommend you to have a look at magazines to train your eye for real retouching!!
