I think her skin needs a little retouching,  light, contrast  need to be fixed and i would choose a nice color scheme to make her more eye catching

I liked the skintones of the original better, warmer and deeper.
Wouldn't do much on the model. You changed the background but left the wrinkles (or I see you overlayed some image on the background..maybe better to replace it altogether).
I would probably go for an outdoor setting or at least clean up the background and give the image some warmer tones.

in the lower left corner:
why did you put the background effect over her arm and dress? (the remaining black stripe also overlaps the gold rim of her scarf or something)

what you could do:
- remove the hair from her neck and leave the skin tones more like the original
- try to even out the skin lightness (especially under/over her collarbones)

skin tones- is there more magenta in the skin tone? or is just my monitor ?

Parthiv, as you clearly stated, you are learning. Considering this, i think it is a pretty good attempt. If you continue to practise, you will develop your skills and you will also decide the type of results you are trying to achieve. We all have different opinions regarding any given image, and that is what makes our own work so very individual. Do we really wish to imitate others? I doubt it, some like really highly processed images with no skin flaws, and others prefer all the imperfections left in. Horses for courses!!!
My two bob's worth!!! By the way, a beautiful model...

The hair on her neck draws my eye, get rid of that and do some of the above suggested with skin smile
