All critiques are constructive. People want you to improve and hence critique you.
That said your port has only 9 pictures, Your statistics say 0-0-0, and most pictures show you with an expression useful in a card game. So please plug in the gaps and that will bring your score up.

1st of all - build your port - this is your resume, It needs to highlight all your credentials. Add variety. Work on your expressions as well - you are either looking at the camera or looking down - all in one wooden expression. You should be able to a range of human emotions in your port.
