Hi Angelee, I am finally catching up. Welcome to MM. You are having a nice start. Not much to delete as your port is still compact and your work is quite good.

Predictably I will ask you to delete one of your variants. I would chose to delete this one as the sister image provides more captivating light and your expession is better too.

I am not sure about this image as your lipstick seems smeared which is a bit distracting

I like your wardrobe here, the image is most professional and you look gorgeous. I just wish you posted a bit larger version of thie image.

Welcome back Rachel. I see you actually added some fashion to your portfolio since last time we spoke smile This is the good part. Unfortunately you did not follow my suggestion to delete the variants. This is rule  [1] and I firmly believe that variants drag down one's port. Try to stay away from collages as well. Pick the best image in a series and post that one.

Note that these are portfolio organization issues not directly relating to the quality of individual images. your photography skills though are quite good.

In the futre, work with more models, dont post the same dress more than once, and avoid collages and variants. It's that simple.

Best of luck

As mentioned, if you posted a larger image, then maybe it would be more evident it was a heart. But at the current size, it is not seen as heart, only as a smudge.

Hello Marta, thanks for stopping by. You have taken full advantage of your lovely curves and beauty to create a captivating port. To make your port even stronger I have several suggestions.

Remove all four images in your top row. They are variants of each other and are not up to par with the rest of your port. Here is one of them
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/121013/07/507976f2329a5_m.jpg

Besides the reasons mentioned, this image, also in the top row, you should delete as it crossess a border from clean glamour to soft porn. Is this realy the direction you want your port to move towards?
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/121013/07/507976fe63712_m.jpg

I also think you should get rid of this one as you posted a better variation
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120725/01/500fae47bfdf4_m.jpg

Another one that ought to go is here as both of you stare blankly into the camera. Even worse, your partner is squashing you lovely round breasts into an unflattering shape.
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120707/09/4ff8638ad9fa4_m.jpg

My favorite is your B&W portrait .

I'll bite. Give me your opinion if you would.

Greeting Ken, your relatively young portfolio is in a pretty good shape and I see no violations of my guidelines posted on page 1.

If you want to delete anything I would recommend removing this one. Even though the light is good capturin well the llama's beauty, I am bothered by the presence of what seems to be a carpet placed on grass. as such there is lack of harmony here. In a good image, everything has to gel together.
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120221/18/4f4457c247989_m.jpg

Similar reason for removal here. I find it bothersome that I cannot readily decypher what is going on. I see another person's hand, is it a man's or woman's or perhaps it does not matter, but I also dont know what part of a body is she touching. Otherwise the light, angle and setting are good.
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120221/18/4f4457546944e_m.jpg

I do like the composition you offer in some of your other images and I love the play with light here making this a very captivating image

ALi,

Your profile talks in the third person. I suggest you change it to the first person. Be involved.

While I do perceive unique work here, frankly I do not understand your genre. I will judge your port by my generic guidelines.

You dont have variant images of the same scene, unlike many ports I see, and that is a good thing. You do display four portraits from basically the same POV so in the future I recommend exeprimenting with different angles.

I do not recommend at this point deleting any work as your port has only 6 images. And if you were to push me I would say delete the guy with the leather straps as I dont see how it fits with the protraits at this time. Once you build more body of work to include both kinds, perhaps the connection will be more evident.
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120819/23/5031dcd8b84f2_m.jpg

If I were to chose a favorite it would be this one as it is very personal, with all the skin imperfections visible, as I believe you wanted it to be. Plus he looks just like a long time friend of mine smile

Greetings Kristin, glad you like my advice and thanks for the compliment smile
In a relatively short time since you joined MM you seemed to have built a decent port with good variety. I think though if you follow my rules your port quality will go a notch up.

The first thing that stands out is your posting 5 images with the green colums wearing the same outfit - rule [1]. You should delete  2 or 3. Disregarding the variant issue, this one should definitely go for sour expression - rule [2]
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120930/05/5068395984515_m.jpg

This one is agains rule [5] - blood. The image is not flattering to your beauty, plus your skin seems to be way overphotoshopped to make it look plastic.
http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/30147886

This one is one of my several favorites showing your facial beauty and nice trim figure in an informal wear and natural setting.

Sorry to have skipped you and I apologize to all the other folks I skipped. I am so behind that I will not go back unless you remind me like Beth did.

Your port is in pretty good shape, its brief and has got a decent variety to it. A couple of images should go. This one seems like a snapshot and does not meet the caliber of the rest of your port images
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120918/15/5058fa155c598_m.jpg

I see no unique photographic quality here, your pose is somewhat dull, and once again this image does not meet the caliber of the rest of your port. Also it looks like a toe on your left foot is amputated, a little detail that I find  bothersome.

THis is one of my favorites for displaying your overall beauty and alluring sensuality

I find all your images uniqe, and each one offers some new twist with a captivating element. They are well lit, wardrobe is tasteful and makeup superb.

If I were pressed for an answer, I would say delete this one I fond no unique element here, and you have posted a better capture of the beautiful Vita Bussola.

Greetings Semele,

Sorry to have skipped you and I apologize to all the other folks I skipped.

You've got some super images in your port and it is quite compact.  You have no variants - yay. Also I am impressed by your view to comment ratio oon all your images - see more about this topic in my original post.

I am almost ready to say keep all your images, but if you need room for new ones which are better, I would say delete this B&W. The angle is interesting but overall the image is not as captivating as your others. I also do nto care much for your expression here. I know you got 43 coments on it, so if you hate deleting it, you can just hide it for now.

Welcome back Maria, I recall doing your review a few months ago and I am pleased to see you have deleted the blood image I recommended smile So I think your port is in quite a good shape. Perhaps now your weekest image is this one. While I like the perspective provided by the pier, the image still does have the feel of a snapshot which is reinforced by the model just staring at the camera.
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/111216/13/4eebb27ca9aed_m.jpg

I love your new addition. It is a great concept which you aptly titled: The sound of the universe
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120831/12/50410cadde9d5_m.jpg

Couple of your self portraits are stunning, a testament to both your beauty and creativity as photographer.
http://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/111216/12/4eebad6f1986f_m.jpg

However  I believe your pushed your creativity a bit too far for my taste in this one and the style is inconsistant with the rest of your port. I propose removing it to leave a legacy of a gorgeous photographer rather than a demon wink
