Let play a game of " Meh, Lust or Drool "

How to play:
PART ONE
Summit a specific PHOTO and I will tell you if the image is one of the following:

Meh = not really my bag of chips
Lust = you've got my blood pumping wink
Drool = mouth open in awe, wishing to work with you

PART TWO
Ask a question and I will answer it.

This is just for funzies so don't take what I say to seriously, but I will try to offer a unique incite to my over all impression with what you present.

Enjoy

As for my question, the first 3 photos in my port are new from today's shoot.  There are a few more that I thought about adding, but need room.  So what should go?

Photo:  Meh

Question: Now here is a pickle.
I suspect that since the photo you submitted was one of the first 3 photos you asked about that it may be your fav of the 3. It is not mine. I actually would give your over all port a lust borderline drool as I love plus size models in my work.

But to answer your question. I would toss the photo you submitted for these reasons: You really don't see much of You in this photo. While it certainly sets a mood, it doesn't do much for you as a model showcasing well, you. Your face is nearly all in shadow and it's cropped a little to tight for me(cutting off your chest) I would be curious if you had any others in this top though, it looks kinda fun.

Keep the second shot! (big fan of bodyscapes here)

You certainly have nicer photos of yourself than the first image so, you could keep or toss the first based on what else you have to add.

It is one of my favorites, and I had a a couple others second my thought.  I have a couple others that I do really like in the same sweater but I just can't decide on what is best and not getting much feedback.

these are the other three I would consider in place of the one I posted here

I would love to know something that I can add to my port that I don't already have.

I think I like this one the best. And yes I'm a fan of that top. Is it yours?

it is.  actually it's a lace back shrug and I just wore it backwards.  This is the one I chose to go with.  It's probably my 3rd favorite photo from the shoot.

photo: Lust / Defiantly leaves one wanting to see more...

question: You have a lot in there already, but perhaps some bodyscapes and/or some high concept, well edited pinup work. Throw in a nude butt too. smile

on a side note: as you have 130 shots in your port with a slew of outfits and poses, the first thing that stood out to me was that your hairstyle is nearly identical in every photo. change it up, mess it up, get nuts.

first 2 rows: Lust and Drool and then Lust some more.

Question: Yes! Regardless of the fact that you are a sexy god in these images, the images themselves are quite good on a technical level. Lighting, exposure, framing and layouts are all choice! A great addition to your port.

Thanks.  You are right about my hair. I have thought about that too. In fact my agent has said that. My challenge is that my hair isn't really long enough to do much with it.  I can't pull it back.  If I wear my hair any longer than shoulder length it makes my face look long like a horse.  I will have to work on that.

I am feeling that editorial fashion does not really fit my shooting style even though my publications are getting picked up.   I'm thinking avant garde beauty would be a good fit -  especially since I prefer to shoot in studio - your thoughts?

Cheers

Q: I would say go for it. You have great control over lighting, composition, etc. I would love to see your turn at a more avant garde style

2. What image do you think I should rid of, I'm trying to cut any mediocre images out of my port?

Thanks.

photo: Drool

Q: I think a small amount of editing would do wonders for some of your images. Bringing the focus (for me at least) to the subject matter rather than the backdrops, etc.  The photo you chose to submit for example; I think would benefit from removing the stool or table or whatever that is under her. My eye was first drawn to that, which I'm sure is not the intent. I also think some minor HDR editing would be cool on some photos like the neck and spikes for instance.
