Greetings fellow Artists,
An opportunity has come up to do some really unique image making. Sorry for the short notice, but not all opportunities are planned events.
My buddy of mine, Troy Hyde, who owns and operates Animals of Montana (.com), a place where they rescue wild animals that cannot be returned to the wild, then trains them to work in Hollywood, is bringing a trio of impressive critters to Moab on a tour/shoot from October 12th- 15th, 2012.
The animals on board will be three 2 month old mountain lion cubs – very affectionate and easy to handle.
Grizzly – Adam – very used to film work, being around people.  Will snarl, strike, stand, lay down all on command. 12 years old.
African lion – Mufasa – very personable, been around people all of his life. Girls have sat on his back or next to him with ease.  12 years old.
There are pictures on their website of all animals except for the lion cubs…they don’t actually have them yet, but will for the tour.

The tour is a three day affair with Troy and his animals in various settings in the red rock desert around Moab, October 12th-14th, 2012, and the shoot with models is planned for the morning of October 15th.
If you'd like to join the tour as a photographer, the cost is $1,295 for the three days, October 12th-14th.
BTW, rumor has it there is a good possibility of a Bobcat coming along too.
The cost for the model shoot is $750, taking place the morning following the tour with the animals, October 15th.
Photographers would get a two hour session with a model, Mufasa, and the lion cubs.
Interested in participating models and photographers please contact me here on MM, by email (, or give me a ring (435-220-0545).
Time is short and space is limited... think about it. An opportunity like this doesn't come along very often.
I've done three other shoots with Troy and his critters, and it is always a memorable event.
