LoL I'm much better today.

I did get dizzy though...buuuut my blood pressure was better.  Sugar seemed to help but I would think that if I have sugar issues that would have come up in blood work at some point?

Pretty good, actually - thank you for asking!

This stuff did the trick.

Scuba and freediving help keep me from getting sick.  Didn't get to do much this summer and got sick in August.  I'm thinking it's the higher PPO2 levels from breathing compressed air at depth that kills the bad bugs.

Surface, PPO2 = .2 atm
33 feet, PPO2 = .4 atm
66 feet, PPO2 = .6 atm  Nitrogen narcosis begins.
99 feet, PPO2 = .8 atm  I'm at 5 beers from nitrogen narcosis.
132 feet, PPO2 = 1.0 atm  I'm at 10-12 beers, and decompression needed.
165 feet, PPO2 = 1.2 atm  I'm at a case, and want helium to clear my head.
198 feet, PPO2 = 1.4 atm  Giving fish my regulator!!!
231 feet, PPO2 = 1.6 atm  Oxygen toxicity begins.
240 feet = 40 Fathom Club!
264 feet, PPO2 = 1.8 atm  Going into convulsions!
297 feet, PPO2 = 2.0 atm  "He's dead Jim!"

No idea how deep Lake Las Vegas and/or Lake Mead are (I think the latter is the bigger one, I always get them confused).  But...idk something doesn't sound right about your theory to me...

Freshwater dives at altitudes higher than sea level == the numbers listed being really, really wrong.

The partial-pressure table seen above appears to be depth-below-sea-level in saltwater.
