New York Model Management SCAM??
I have been talking lately with a woman name Amy Rice. She has been telling me that she could get me in with NYMM, etc. Well, she gave her agent my email and immediately I was weary. The email was [email protected] When I called NYMM to verify, they had said they have never hear of a "Chris Covers." I confronted both of them and told them what NYMM had told me and they both seemed to explode. ADVICE AND HELP? Oct 17 12 11:32 am Link If this is your first post on MM and you're asking, "is this a scam?" The answer is YES. Oct 17 12 12:23 pm Link Just the name alone "Chris Covers" indicates ridiculousness. Like off an SNL! Lord have mercy. And if they are that defensive- yes scam. Oct 17 12 12:31 pm Link And what would be her fee for this benevolent act of "getting you in"? Of course it's a scam. Although I guess that depends on how you define scam. She's a llama recruiter whose job it is to make money off you. That's the best case scenario. Worst case scenario is she's an imposter trying to steal your money. Actually, the best case and worst case scenarios are both the same. Your money.
