She had to put her kitty Winston to sleep.  He was just skin and bones, he had no growth hormone.  Its called Failure to Thrive.  He was only 8 months old- (Jen correct me if I'm wrong)

Here are the final moments with Jen.  My daughter went with her, I had to work.

Winston and Jen had that connection, you can tell by the way he holds her head when they snuggle.

Letting her know its ok.  He loves her

I love you mama, its ok to let me go.  You made the right decision.

The hardest part is letting go.

Love you Jen, you are a great momma to these kitties.  They love you for all they do, Bella sent him to you.  He needed your help, and that is why he was handed to you and not someone else.

I'm so sorry, Jen!  I hope you know that you made the right decision, he wasn't go to get better but you made the time that he was here better.  It's because of you that he knew what love and a good home were

Wow... so much emotions in these photos that I can feel the love, the bond, the sadness. It's very moving.

I don't know what I can say to help ease the hurt so I'll just share some tears with you, Jen. I'm sure Winston knows that he was truly loved!

Thank you everyone.

I keep tearing up today.  He wasnt with me long, but just like Bella he was a special boy. He knew how much I loved him, he hugged me before he went to sleep.  I kissed him and talked to him.

Kelsey (Fergy's daughter) pet his head and just stayed there with me.  The kid can be a real shit but man does she know when aunt jenny just needs quiet.  She gave me a huge hug, told me she loved me then asked for some gas money.

The hardest part is letting go.

This is true. Yet you two shared a love and bond that transcends time.

Thank you Jen and Fergy for sharing with us such a special moment.

Blessings,
Michael

sorry for your loss Jen. Losing a pet is never easy. The love you give out is quite amazing. The animals appreciate it greatly and you help to make their lives better, no matter how long. They can feel your love. They dont take you for granted. Sending warm wishes and thoughts of snuggles.

did you ever count how many photos you had in your "collection" ?

Sorry for your loss, but it sounds like you unquestionably did what needed to be done, the humane thing, and now you found a new warm fuzzy to join your circus.
