Are you creating a new layer, setting it to overlay - 50% grey and working from there?

There is missing practice, practice, practice.. there is no other way. Also try not to dodge away her face shape and form - keep or restore facial lines and shadows

Hard to tell much from your low-res sample. Maybe post (or link to) a 100% crop of an area like this -- both before and after D&B.
And also maybe a larger overall image, before and after.
can anyone give a raw to work with and tell me what im missing,i really want somone to guide me.i know evry thing about retouching but i cant do a professionnel retouching

I don't think anyone is going to hold your hand, but hopefully we may give you support and advice.
For RAW's perhaps try the Challenges section of the forums.

keep retouching, if you retouch frequently you ll soon realise for yourself what dodging and burning means, believe me, i been there, nowadays im far much better than before,
its hard to D&B when you dont understand what it really means. Its just lightenining and darkening pixels, once you get that you ll be okay.I'm at a stage where i can now retouch a photo fully just by D&B, i understant light more than before now. gotta take down my old port photos and put new ones, trouble is time.

How a photo is lit has a lot to do with your post-processing options.
That's all I can say about that, outside of a critique forum.
