Yep, this is how I spent my day.  Hooping on a hill overlooking the Mississippi river.  Doesn't get much better than that.

Very nice composition


At first I thought the title was a parody thread, then I thought it referred to embroidery.  Then I see it's a hula hoop.

My friend shot it yesterday while we were out getting some hoop time.  Pretty awesome to be standing next to the Mississippi, in December, hooping in a t-shirt and jeans.

I love it so much.  I've been doing a lot of leg hooping now and I can avoid most of the bruising which is spiffy, since I looked battered when I first started.

Now I'm trying to master chest hooping.
