I was tired, my phone died (no music), I meant to pause the treadmill and stopped it, instead...twice!  Lost the numbers so I have no idea what I did.

Last night's was terrific, though.

I do that when I jog sometimes too.  My hand hits the stop button.

But it doesn't really matter, since when I run, I run until I breath out my mouth, not for a specific time or distance.

I don't run, I walk.  And I time it so that I get into a routine.  Tonight was just...meh.

I figured, it was just frustrating...LOL.  I don't want to lose any momentum.

Honestly, at least once every week, I have a day where I HATE every minute of my workout. Like tomorrow. Tomorrow is going to be back day. I'm going to hate it, because my chest is really sore, and I'm going to have to force myself to finish it. But afterward, I will feel like I beat it up, so there's a sense of accomplishment to that.

I stayed up so late, last night, that I'm super tired.  I almost passed the gym and just went home.  It's butt-ass cold, outside, too.  But I made myself go, which is good.  I am resolved...LOL.

I actually think that people who "love" working out really have a love-hate relationship with working out.

No one really LOVES it --not completely.

That makes sense.

But boy could I use a massage.  Or a soak in a hot tub (my tub is too small).  I mixed my "fat burning" with "cardio."

True, you didn't, but I could surely use a massage, this morning.  sad

My neck and shoulders are really aching (not because of working out).  I've decided to skip today, and go tomorrow.

This article is useless.  It says nothing about how many calories masturbation burns. neutral
