Is there something wrong with posting a casting call?

If I were to hazard a guess, it has to do with nude models, shot not looking at the camera, as if she was unaware of its presence.

I would  think that if the shoot is staged, any model who's limits meet your
needs would have no problem with this type shoot. I'm assuming that the shoot is not in public. If it is, there are many MM models who enjoy public shoots.

I thought voyeur shoots were staged video/still shoots usually involving a model changing or doing something personal (in the bathroom showering, etc)...dancing around nude or in lingerie...or a couple performing intimate acts (sex, foreplay, etc).

I don't think for $500 he wants any model just to look away from the camera and pretend he's not there.

Me: mid 50's, bald, short, fat, shave once a week, shower once a month  and I always hear I look like Ernest Borgnines and Keith Richards love child (if they had one).... sooooo... when do we shoot?

whatever they want, the use of the plural form suggests  they want more than one.

"independent photographer and short film maker, always looking for new talents to join various projects"

from the OP's profile also makes me think video voyeur footage but I could be wrong. It happens occasionally.

Wow. Heck of a first post! For that budget, i suspect a model or two might have some interest.

I don't think its this. I think the person definitely knows the camera is there but its the fascination with showing private parts or being partial or fully nude in a public setting almost as if your flashing the camera. I have seen some really interesting shots on a website I frequent often that has a lot of these types of shots. At one point I was interested in doing some voyer type work but haven't found anyone wanting to do a shoot like that yet.

Here's my "free" advice and we all know what that is worth! You need to define voyeuristic as you understand the definition of that word. This might not be an appropriate forum to go into that. The first thing that comes to mind, to me anyway, about advertising for this would be that I would use the word "candid". Some subjects might be into acting as well so you might mention role playing. If you were to go to a "fetish" site and say you wanted to do a "voyeurism" shoot, you would be accepted right away, but I think the word itself will scare away most "normal" models??? The other thing is that it is a numbers game to a degree. I have shot so many women that I can literally go back through my records and come up with a percentage of models who will do anything if you are sincere and respectful. A really good example of what we are talking about is the word "bondage". As a photographer I personally view bondage as maybe tying someones wrist to a branch in the park... but to others it means being suspended by ropes in a "dungeon" some where! So if I wanted to do a shoot tying someone's wrists with a neck tie I would never use the word bondage. I hope this helps and I will only admit to trying to help.
