Working in the north of England I am regularly approached by models wanting to work with me and from time to time I will hire a newbie model. However I am loathe to do so as most new models haven't yet learned how to properly pose for the camera.

I am actually thinking of starting a modelling school in the Leeds area and teaching models how to pose for editorial fashion, beauty and catalogue shoots.

Here's an article that might help any of you wanting to learn better posing for fashion:

I personally consider any type of modelling school a rip off and a waste of time and money, so not a fan...

This is obviously spam, but it's just this dude's shoot.

Edit:
Oh dork, there it is.

You guys clearly haven't clicked on the link. I'm not part of a modelling school and the link points to a blog post about posing.

Sorry for the confusion.

you literally say in your OP that you're thinking about starting a modelling school though...

and I did click the link. It doesn't points to a blog about posing, it points to a bit of text that mentions how a lot of models approach you but they are having trouble posing like an editorial fashion model, and then there's a video of a shoot you did. It's basically advertisement for your photography business though.

the only tip I could find on there was
"use small changes in posture, angle, hand movements and the direction of your gaze", which can hardly be called a "blog about posing"...
