Sooo.. I have an acquaintance who models as well. Actually met him on a shoot, and we enjoyed working together, never recieved our photos, and would like to try working together again to get some photos. Is it acceptable, when photographers ask if I have ideas, to ask if they'd be willing to shoot myself and my friend? Is there a better way to go about setting up this shoot?

Advice is always appreciated. Sorry if this is a silly question, just always want to be polite/respectful and unsure whether this is a lot to ask!

Thanks smile

can't hurt to ask. You might try posting a casting call

If the project is interesting enough I don't think you will have any trouble finding a photographer willing to collaborate.

The way I see it...If the photographer ask you if you have ideas then why not ask him? If its a trade then why not ask him? If its a paid shoot then I wouldn't ask him.
