Hello!  I think this is the forum I need to post this in.  If not, please move it.  I think I would get more help here, though.

Anyway, I am looking for a crown to use as a prop in an upcoming shoot.  I have no idea where to find one that's not outrageously expensive, since most I've found are custom made.
Can anyone suggest a website(s) I could check out?
I'm not looking for a traditional one, per say.  I'm not opposed to making my own either (probably out of lace which I've just now found tutorials for), but once again I have no idea how to begin.
EDIT: So, I've been doing more research & I've seen this crown with different variations everywhere.  Anyone know who makes it?
Something like this:
It's woodsy & ethereal.

Thank you!

I made one similar myself: http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31056954

I used lace, spray starch and a glue gun. Starching it gave it a bit of structure, but the glue really helped it to stay stiff. Hope that helped smile

Yep!  Thank you.  I've found several tutorials on how to make them so that's the direction I'll probably go, but I'm hoping to find out who made the 1st crown pictured because I've seen so many of it with different customizations.

In the first photo I am seeing repurposed light fixture parts.

It took me about 4 minutes to find what appears to be the source. http://www.tfjdesigns.bigcartel.com/

Oh yay thank you!!!
I was actually on that website & didn't see it. Probably because it's sold out & you have to pre-order it. Again, thank you.

I'm making one out of antique lace and glass glitter for an upcoming shoot.
