Hey, it's been a while since I posted an image on here so here I go. I was worked on this image and I am good with it but I was wondering if there is anything you see that I might have overlooked. Also, I am going for a natural look.

Thank you guys/gals.

I like it, good job on showing some restraint. Improved color palette made
a nice difference. Everything that was done seems in the right direction
and not taken too far.

Thank you Ledo : ) I was trying to play with colors but the conversions I was coming up with didn't seem right so I decided to go with this.

Clean work.

Must've been a bitch to to remove all that hair on the neck. Seamless job though

I really enjoy the original image.  I would work on the right eyebrow just a little and heal out the bright spots in the green part of the background that call the eye too much.  I actually like the tone in the original image better.  I hope that helps.  Just my humble opinion.

the neck seems a bit long now, maybe wasn't a good thing to remove the hair.

Paul, wasn't hard. Just removed hair and recreated that part of the neck then draw a few hairs back it didn't take long the regular stuff, thanks Paul.

Alberta86, points taken I'm actually not to crazy about either tone original and mine I was experimenting with conversions and I started to retouch and it was too late to turn back i didn't want start over so I went with it anyhow, Thanks sweetie.

Ovidiu Oltean, I actually like that part of the image a woman with a long neck = sexy all I did was take the shoulder down to make her look more relaxed she seemed cold, color cold and it would be easier to sell it warm being that she isn't dressed for winter. It would have been funny If I would have went the winter route though it would made it look like she was being tortured, lol.  Thank you for your response.

well, imo, we , the retouchers, have to do what is right to an image, not what we like.

Respectfully, I do what I like when I am doing my thing. I do what Photo/CD/etc likes when I am being paid, there is a distinction. You got to be able to do different things and experiment and not be so serious about it during those times it is one of the ways forward. Think about that I just gave the creative director two options.

I like the shot, I would darken some of the distracting highlights.  The fence highlights draw my eye away and some of the fly always.  Our eyes tend to go to the brights places first, then most contrast.

You are 100% correct and I didn't do that and I usually do. However, I like the flyaways this time it gives it some movement/ life this time. Thank you for your comments.
