i use these brush settings to dodge and burn what will be ur settings
Opacity 5%-10%
Flow 100%
Brush spacing 13-15%
Brush hardness 0%

brush transfer
Opacity jitter - pen pressure

what will be the settings u like

In my experience you should use the settings that work best for you. I don't think they are set in stone.

You seem to be very interested in how other people dodge and burn as you've asked this (or very similar), question several times before (both here and on facebook). Are you having a hard time getting the results you're after?

I've always been using around 10%-15% opacity and flow.  It seems to work pretty well for me so far but I always here about people using like 100% to 1%, I donno am I'm doing something wrong?

This is reason why I changed mine from opacity to flow.

I used to use low opacity and wasn't getting the results I wanted it was very frustrating then I decided to  changed it to flow and it works much better for me.

I guess you are asking that as a question.. the answer would remain the same

Everybody uses different settings and you should use whatever works best for you but I would say in my case... Yes!! :-)
