not much of a difference. what kind of story is this? what are you selling? I'm not clear with the direction. This is a good place to explore and get feedback from others . I would suggest is to look up your favorite pro image (in the direction you want to go with this) and try to copy. It's one really good way to learn.

Well it was just a test shot that I decided to use for skin retouching practice. I don't aim to completely change a photo or make it look like a lot was done but to slightly enhance only. I wanted to know how the D&B looks. My goal was to clean up the image without it looking retouched.

In that case it's fine. Practice with a harder image that one is way too easy for you.

I would suggest to get rid of a lot of flyaway hairs on face and neck, also the nose area it looks really messy regarding skin/texture!!

In my opinion, I don't this a great image for you to work on, try to get something a bit more simple and you will get better results.
