Shot/retouched this recently.  Overall I like the result but I feel like there may be a few problem areas, notably the hairs around her ear, which I couldn't seem to fix so I just left them.  If anyone has some tips about how to get rid of those in the best way or any other suggestions I'm all ears (ugh sorry seriously couldn't avoid that pun :p)

skintone is a little bit too pale, especially hands
i d like more skin texture
and the problem of the hair near the ear
