I have been in the process of cutting down my portfolio, trying to select my stronger images and get rid of multiples from a shoot, while keeping a diverse range of styles.

I'd appreciate it if people could let me know of any further shots that are unflattering/bad enough to be cut, or whether I have cut down my images enough for now?

Thanks for any input.

Hi,

I would say these don't add up much

http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31299704 (lighting in the neck)
http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/30464044 (pose is just odd)
http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31299595 (leading lines)
http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31540267 (not really my style, so I might biased)

And this one would have to be my favorite image in your portfolio

Good Luck,

Hector

Going through your images I though these were not up to the quality of the rest of your portfolio:

You have much better than that!!

Thanks Gabrielle, glad I have some good ones! smile
Haven't been confident about most of the ones you listed so will look at them now

I think the whole port can go except 5,7 and 39.  REally don't like the hands under your chine pose, love the soccer girl good girl gone bad but that looks like 35lbs ago.  I like the shots by the stream but wish the dress wasnt worn. Really dont like the upside down avatar

I actually think you have much more potential than what you are showing so far.  You are attractive, nicely shaped  full figured woman, you can emote, like to show skin and really know your position in the market place.  Perhaps its just getting better photographers- and that puzzles me as to why they havent been shooting you already.

Thanks for your feedback.
I am definitely on the hunt for some better photographers, but there don't seem to be many experienced photographers in Sydney, Australia that don't want to charge to shoot a 'plus size' model, despite my market potential and looks.
I will keep searching, but will not delete my entire current portfolio for the time being, as I'm not going to attract any togs without a port ;-)

Interesting, two of those are very popular. Would love to know why you think those should be deleted. Thanks for your views.

Lol, the two that by views and lists have shown to be popular smile The one in the forest/ferns, and the glamour shoot on bed.

the forst shot because you have another like it already that i think is better.
the bed shot because its poorly framed or cropped, you are missing half a leg and some toes, and fingers too. its not very professionally done.
