I actually like the tones but the work on her face looks a bit unfinished for my taste. I'm sure you can get rid of the eye bags (dark circles under her eyes) and keep more texture on the skin.
So at this point I would like you to not to use this out of MM please. I'm sorry

As skin texture I assure you it's there, probably due to compression and size reduction is not seen well. Still has fuzz on face. I do retouch skin only with D & B. I never use blur.

There is definitely a way to get rid of or reduce the eye bag and still make it believable.
Here is an example with exactly the same lighting setup.
