Your portfolio offers a nice variety of studio and outdoor settings with beautiful models. Your lighting and composition are both very good. These images show that you are a good photographer who knows how to work with models to produce beautiful photos.

I think that what your profile lacks most is an explanation of the services you can provide for models or stylists, and what sort of terms you'll work under. Do you have access to a studio? Will a model have to pay you for photos, or are you willing to provide photos in exchange for her time (TFP - time for photos). Do you have any history or ambitions of publications? If so, your bio should say so. Many models are looking for tear sheets and if you can give them that, they'll want to work with you. Are there any concepts or genres that you have particular interests in pursuing, or that you've specialized in? These are things that you might want to add.

You have some very beautiful work and clearly understand what it takes to take a good picture. In looking at your port, the one thing I think you might want to watch is the skin smoothing. This is of course a very subjective decision, but I find the smoothing to be a bit overdone. Here are three examples of what I'm referring to:

This photo in particular I feel is doing your portfolio a disservice. The up-the-nose angle just isn't very flattering for the model:

This one is beautifully done, although watch the positioning of the hands. The more I shoot, the more I realize how critical placement of the hands really is. Anything other than soft hands can instantly kill a great photo. Arms also look slightly awkward...I think with some more work on the pose you would have had a slam dunk here.

Lighting on her face is a little too hot on this one. Nice choice of background. You found a group of trees with little dappled light, which minimizes background distractions. Looks to me like your assistant got a little too close with a silver reflector. Gorgeous model:

I LOVE this shot. Fabulous. Lighting could use improvement however, particularly on the model's face. The shadow cast by her nose is noticeable. The specular highlight underneath model's left eye is also distracting:
