The headline is deceiving.  How is it a Russian meteor?  Did it clear customs in Russia at some point in its flight? or did Russia formally plant its flag on the rock while it was in space?  Can anyone actually own a meteor before it falls to the ground? and if so... if it burns up in the atmosphere isn't its last titled owner the person (or space thing) that sent it here?  So many questions...
