ok, take what I say with a grain of salt -

this photo as your avatar is horrible (except your face) https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/37355546 it does not compliment your figure, it actually reminds me of those ugly photos you see in the tabloids of actresses who want to be incognito while taking out the trash. that top your wearing could well be a grey burlap sack.

I like this photo https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33417174 but, most of your photos are 'blah'.

I would get a bunch of fashion magazines, study the poses and attitude in the photos, practice them yourself. Then hire a fashion photographer that you admire.

Think black boots would be less distracting in this case
Background is also very distracting
[Look at it this way, you want the viewers to see you, but there eyes are being pulled in many different directions in this photo]
Big logos, intercoms, 1532 address numbers are all leading the viewers eyes off you
Not sure if it is because the camera is looking at your knees, or that your hips are square to camera, or the dress kind of seems like a big bag, this look is not working for me


Photography aside, this is a much stronger look and interesting pose
My eyes are again drawn off you and too the big logo
