I use that program, but add the three conversions from the RAW to Photoshop, where I do most of the work, get a more "realistic" look, and mitigate, by dilution, all of the artifacts that come with each procedure and program. -Don Nov 17 14 01:59 pm Link Don Garrett wrote: It was done in Lightroom only. You can read it from the file. Nov 17 14 02:07 pm Link Tulack wrote: There is always a lot more to learn ! My son likes, and uses Lightroom a lot. I have the program, but have yet to dive into it. I suspect it will cut my time on the computer, and finishing images, down, significantly, (from everything my son has told me). I also believe I will have to develop ways to mitigate artifacts, I have been told that you still get halos with Lightroom. Nov 17 14 02:27 pm Link You get halos only if you want to get it. Nov 17 14 02:31 pm Link Tulack wrote: Certain procedures produce halos, as well as the good effects they produce. I'll find out if that is true with Lightroom, and adjusting the tonality like I do with other programs. I have been told that Lightroom will produce them, if I want to adjust tones the way I do. Anyway, it is not a topic that needs to be discussed, it only needs to be found out when I try these things. Nov 17 14 02:39 pm Link wow, thanks. i didnt know you could see the adjustments in the file. Tulack wrote: Nov 18 14 12:45 pm Link Maad Tamala wrote: It's there if you didn't remove purposely.
