GENERAL INFORMATION:
This will be the 7th year in a row attending or sponsoring a cruiseboat photoshoot to the Mexican Rivera.
No one does it better. You want the best deal, this sponsor gets ZERO profit.
You pay for you and your models cabin ONLY!
The ticket price includes your cabin and all the food you can eat at buffet or the dining rooms.

TICKETS:
Carnival Cruise event planner is Kiki at 800-819-3902, Ext. 85922.
Let her Know you are part of the Nov 7th cruiseboat photoshoot.
It will help getting us all together for dinner.
She will also try and keep the cabins close together.

PRICE INFORMATION:

You may purchase your tickets anyplace you choose.
If you choose to use another source your cabin may not be close to the rest of the group.
You will also have to make arrangements for dining with the rest of the group.
Tickets should be purchased soon because the price can vary day to day.
The price usually increases as it gets closer to sailing time.

INTERESTED PHOTOGRAPHERS:
Each photographer attending MUST also purchase a ticket for the model of their choice.
Photographers must also allow other photographers to shoot their models,
who in turn will allow you to photograph their models.
Model releases are available FREE for all groupshoots.
Any images you post online must be available to the model at NO CHARGE.

INTERESTED MODELS:
If you would like to attend please post a message here indicating your wishes.
Photographers interested in sponsoring you will contact you.
If you have a favorite photographer let them know you are interested, send them a link.
Models attending this cruise shoot receive a FREE cruise ticket from their sponsoring photographer.
All additional expenses on the cruise (bar tabs/souveniors/etc.) will be YOUR responsibility.
Model releases ARE INCLUDED for the photographers for all groupshoots with the purchase of your ticket.
Models will have the right to use any and all photos that photographers post online at NO CHARGE.

SHOOT SCHEDULE:
All Photographers and Models must attend 4 of the 5 planned groupshoots.
Sun on the cruise ship, 4pm to 7pm
Mon in Cabo San Lucas, 2pm to 5pm
Tue in Mazatlan, 11am to 2pm
Wed in Puerto Vallarta, 3pm to 6pm
Thu on the cruise ship, 4pm to 7pm
You are welcome to take any local tours or anything else you like when we are not shooting.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE SHIP:
At least one night is formal dining. A dress for the ladies. A tux for the men,(JK) a jacket, tie or both would help.
There is also FREE entertainment with stage shows and comedy acts every night.
Way to windy on deck for softboxes etc.so when shooting KISS (keep it simple)
Only 1 electrical outlet in the cabins so plan ahead.
You are allowed to bring 1 bottle of wine or champagnie on board.
You do go through customs, any drugs and NO CRUISE!
Try not to pack for 3 months the cruise is only 7days.
If you can carry your own bags on and off the ship you will not have to wait in groups to off load.
Parking at the terminal in Long Beach is $15./day. Think carpool!
The entire group usually dine together however that is an option.
EVERYTHING outside of the organized shoots is yours do do as you please.
By joining this group you agree to the terms listed in this post.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK TO SAIL:
You MUST HAVE either a US Passport, Passport card or
a Birth Certificate (seal embossed) AND a Drivers License or State ID Card.
The names on both documents must match. Maiden name on one and married name on the other will NOT work.
If you want to be sure of getting on board a passport or passport card is best.

MISC:
Photographers & models are welcome to invite other friends and/or relatives on the cruise,
but they Will not interfere with the 5 scheduled shoots and will pay their own way.
The only people welcome at the scheduled shoots are the sponsoring photographers, models and
other pre-arranged help makeup etc.
Once onboard, it will be easy to swap rooms between models and photographers if you like.
