Hi. Does anyone knows how to achieve this tone?

Adjust your red levels and your blacks. Shoot with a smaller aperture to help keep all the details sharp. Also keep a decent distance between your model and your light; too close and the light fall off will be too drastic to keep an even tone.

I think that might be a natural light studio.

The color shots are very slightly underexposed.

Rely more on your blacks and shadows for your contrast adjustments instead of the contrast or clarity.

The top right appears to have more yellow in the highlights. You can try adding a gradient map set to either overlay or softlight, then play with the color presets within the gradient map options or create your own to your own liking. The bottom left looks slightly desaturated. I'd try a B&W gradient map set to overlay/softlight set to a 15-25% opacity (I'm guessing). Similarly, you can try to achieve the same effect using curves or color balance, also adjusting the opacity to taste.

What "tone" are you referring to exactly?
I don't see anything that couldn't easily be done in camera with studio lighting.

No problem.

Then for the contrast all you have to do is mess with curves.

HACK : The color's going to be more on the magenta side. So desaturate your yellows and bump up your magenta a bit with selective color.
