Lens flare is ruiening my shot. I tried using the healing brush in both lightroom and photoshop elements. Can anyone help me out with this? check it out.

If you got a RAW file I may take a look...

BTW, I bet my hat you had a filter in front of the lens...
Filters are source to create flares, even worse if not multi-coated...

quickie method to reduce flare.

In photoshop
duplicate layer
filter--gauss blur   - wide radius, maybe = 25 - 50 pixels?
set blend mode to "darken"
paint on mask and/or use "blend if" sliders to limit area of effect


And now I will step back and wait for the real experts to weigh in.
