Anyone know how much space rentals are going for? I could use a few thousand square feet, preferably with a view of the International Space Station or Hubble Telescope.

Do a crowdsource funding, get everyone to contribute the space between their ears.

Won't take many MM'ers at all to create a vast, open space.
