It is that time again. Our group shoot as always is the second Sat. in Oct. Prime leaf color dates. It is an 18+ event. No one has to shoot 18+ if they don't want to but if you do there will be no minors here. This is, I think, our 10th event and we usually have a pretty good turn out. You can review pics from pasts events on my port. I have 45 acres of woodland with hundreds of different backdrops. We are in the middle of the Hocking Hills and only 5-10 minutes from all the parks, waterfalls, and rock formations. This event officially goes on from 9 am till 6 pm on Sat. Oct. 10. Many photographers and models come on Fri and rent cabins or camp and stay the whole weekend, which is encouraged. Camping is free and there are many places for that. There are 4 cabins for rent at $150 for the weekend. They are probably already rented by regulars because they get first shot. [ that includes helpers, boyfriends, husbands, friends, etc.] When your payment arrives, you will be put on the list. We are going to see if this stops some of the flaking. Regardless, we have fixed fees when it comes to food and drinks.[over $400] We supply a very nice lunch food & drinks all day including fresh fruit and veggie trays, soups, snacks, homemade cookies and rolls. Some people come just for the food. MOA's are free. I look forward to seeing the regulars and welcoming new faces. Here is your chance to build a portfolio with good photographers and models in one day. If you work hard you can shoot with 6-8 on Sat. and if you spend the weekend, several more. In case of rain we have many indoor areas to shoot. And I haven't decided if I'm creating a schedule yet due to some pending medical stuff, but hopefully in the spring I'll be confident enough in my ability to not be sick to make a full schedule again. I was really looking forward to coming back this fall and there were several models I wanted to work with again. If there are enough models interested in working with me, I might be able to make it on Sunday.
