Looking for new photo lab
I've been using H&H Color lab the last couple of years, lately i've had to send way to many orders back to get redone, what are labs you guys are using that your happy with, "price and quality" Nov 23 15 09:21 pm Link I used Gamma in Chicago throughout the 90s (I was processing primarily Kodachrome - which is REAL tough for a lab to get right consistently) and they got it right day in and day out. I think they're still in business - and you being in Wisconsin you're within shouting distance. Nov 23 15 09:28 pm Link Blue Cube Imaging has always been good to me. https://www.modelmayhem.com/10720 I haven't had a bad order from them yet. Always been great to work with and got great prices too. Although I have not used them extensively everything I have received from them has been absolutely spot on. Nov 24 15 06:35 pm Link Miller's www.millerslab.com Great quality and price, and next day service. They also print nudes and the sexier themes with no problems or questions. Nov 24 15 06:42 pm Link I know a guy that knows a guy that prints photos for MANY Model Mayhem members... Nov 26 15 10:44 am Link http://www.weldoncolorlab.com/ They print for the Annenberg Center for Photography. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. I also use http://prolabdigital.com/ Great quality as well. I work with them for prints that go beyond the 48" width, as well as prints on non-traditional materials. Nov 26 15 12:02 pm Link I recently had a gallery showing of over 50 large prints in both color and B&W. Most were 30"x45" (some much larger) Blue Cube did an outstanding job in both their printing and service. Can't say enough good things about them . . . KM Nov 26 15 12:32 pm Link |
