Does anyone know of a good monetization service for adult content ?  I use AdSense for my Youtube and blog but they are very strict about adult content.

Don't use the buzz word. Replace "adult" with non traditional. Non traditional content covers such a broad area, it should not raise any red flags. Non traditional covers everything from girls in santa hats to goth girls on railroad tracks.
