I'm at work. There's nothing for me to do right now. Hardly anyone in the building today. I'm the only person on this floor. It's strange. What're you people up to? Feb 08 16 12:22 pm Link Got up at 4am, at work at 5:45am. Spent the first few hours doing menial tasks, because two clients pulled no call, no shows, most likely due to weather predicting a foot of snow in my area. Around 9am, the gym got busy and clients started showing up, so I was running around like crazy. Had a lady who had to learn an upper body workout, then a program design session with three people at once, then I had to teach an abs class. Sometime around 11 or so, it started snowing. I left at 12:30pm, drove home going 25 mph. After arriving home without dying, I proceeded to complete the writing of two exercise programs. Then, I spent the next two hours watching corny informational PowerPoints on the cardiovascular and endocrine systems for my credentialing exam (needs to be updated in the spring). I slept through the last Powerpoint, then around 4pm, I went downstairs, cooked all my food for tomorrow, put it in containers, did a chest and tricep workout with resistance bands. I was tired so my workout sucked and my right arm is still stiff from where I had shoulder surgery last summer, so training chest is hard. Then I made some spicy eggplant basil for dinner. Ate it Now I'm wasting a couple hours until I'm too exhausted to go on and fall asleep watching a nature documentary. All in all, it was a great day. I love having a boring-ass life.
