In the real industry photographers and models get screwed over.

This is excellent news.  I hope they win.

If they win, then I have a long list of people I am going to sue because I entered into legal agreements with them that I was too pretty to understand.  How could I be expected to know what I was signing or possibly be held responsible for what was in those really long contracts?  I mean, like tl;dr... and OMG like, I can't even do this right now...
