I like the shot, there are a few problems. The pole that runs through her head and it is white, drawing even more attention to it. Wish you had of placed her arm over her head,  which would have cut off the pole, maybe even covering up some of the "asterisk", made of white lines that is very distracting in the background. Model placement could have been better here.
  I am also surprised with your background, to not see any detail in the clothing here??

Not your usual, I do really like your work but I would say this shot is unusable, as she has a pole growing from her head.

I thought about it , took your advice and turned the iimage over to a Retoucher to edit the poles out , I much prefer the new version
