And let me suggest memorizing paragraph 1 under Model DONT'S.  In addition to the reasons the author enumerates, the frequent forum postings of these complaints (both real and imaginary) tends to widen the gap between models and photographers and tends to lead the less experienced models to see misdeeds where none have occurred.  And that works to everyone's disadvantage.  I'm not saying that models should not vigorously pursue their rights.  I am saying that pursuing them in court is far more effective than pursuing them in the forums.  In this case, a certain selective silence can, indeed, be golden.

All IMHO as always, of course.
