But the first thing I see when I come to the forums is an ad asking me to get my representative involved in some bill.  SMH  The more things change the more they stay the same.

I don't think this site has been anti-political at all. The mods have been very quick to lock threads that are JUST political, but political discussion that pertains to photography or technology - even a little - has been allowed right up until the point where people start yelling at each other.

Which happens oh, 70% of the time. That's very civil, as far as open forums go. It's just not a place to bitch.

Think of it this way: if you read about proposed legislation that you're worried about ... there's your Rep's info, right there.
