Weeds...TV Show
Yes I know it's like 10 years old, but I hate TV and only have one to watch Blu Ray's etc, I stopped watching TV around 2005 so I'm not familiar with anything on TV post that date. Anyway, is this a good show? the clips, trailers and previews certainly look pretty good, it's funny, sexy and has the utterly delectable Mary-Louise Parker as the main star (that alone is reason enough to watch it). That's just me, I'm sure a lot of people watched it all the way thru and loved it. Get a box set of Breaking Bad if you've not seen it. I also didn't finish the whole series. I think Breaking Bad was a better investment of my entertainment time. It was okay, but totally unrealistic and absurd. Watch Orange is the New Black if you want a gritty show about strong women, who live on the fringes of society. Same writer, but a genuinely great show. Mar 10 17 11:17 am Link It kind of has the same feel to it as Californication, which I watched in it's entirety, and that was pretty good. But that show was basically about David Duchovny banging any female (usually very young) that moved! There's really only so much humping you can watch without it actually being porn! Hopefully Weeds will have a bit more substance to it? Did I already mention that it stars the stunning Mary-Louise Parker (she really is my type), hehe!  Such a gorgeous woman! Mar 10 17 11:57 am Link I was fairly good friends with a writer/producer of the series during the first few years. I helped his sister start an agency here in LV. Surprisingly, I've never seen an episode but all my friends like it. The person that created the show is also the creator of "Orange is the New Black" which is a dark comedy that I'm sort of hooked on the same way Desperate Housewifes hooked me.
