This retouch doesn't seem complete in some areas and overly retouched in others. For example, you did nothing to her hair and the flower. It seems as though you may have lightened the shadows too much which are causing gray areas on her skin. Try not to over do it when you dodge and burn which we can do very easily. I can't see the picture as clear as I want to since I am not on my computer but I hope what I could spot will help you improve alittle.

I think you did a great job with the skin texture however you didn't paid much attention to her stray hair an lips. There is some correction needed in those areas. i particularly think that the contrast is little high in some areas as on her cheeks.
