There are very few paid jobs for photographers here. It’s mostly about testing with the best models you can get.
To that end, unless you want to photograph anyone who wants to be photographed, don't wait for them to come to you. You need to put some quality time into browsing for talent that inspires you, and hope you inspire them in return.
