Overall I think you did a solid job. In my opinion the photos are a tad soft, but this is personal choice. I think you could become a amazing retoucher if you continue sharpening your skills.

It's all very subjective obviously, but for my taste the skin seems overworked and a little 'plasticky' - can I ask what your process is for the retouch? (especially the skin). If I had to guess I would say you have used a high pass type of move or perhaps split frequency as in the first image there seems to have been 'peach fuzz' introduced in the hairline to the left.

It's always a matter of opinion and you certainly show a lot of promise in my view, however ultimately you are the arbiter of your own taste.

Your pencil artwork is f*c*ing amazing though and your more recent retouches have obviously advanced your skill levels.
